Who is WeHarmonise for?

WeHarmonise is for high-achieving women who feel overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected. Women who sense there's more to life than survival mode and want space to slow down and come back to themselves. If life looks good on paper but doesn't quite feel it, you're in the right place.

Do I need to know exactly what's wrong to work with me?

No. Many women come to me simply feeling that something isn't quite right, that life has become more about coping than living. If you're curious about exploring your wellbeing from a different perspective, that's enough.

How is this different from therapy?

Therapy is valuable and I have great respect for it. The difference is the level we work at. Most talking therapy largely operates at the conscious level. I work at the subconscious level too, alongside the body, the nervous system and your energy state. Many women find this work complements therapy rather than replaces it. It reaches something that conscious processing alone doesn't always touch.

Do I need to have a religious or spiritual belief to work with you?

Not at all. But I'd gently say this work is for women who are open to the idea that science doesn't hold all the answers.

When I talk about the human spirit I'm referring to your sense of self, your meaning and your connection to what matters. And when I use Reiki, I'm working with energy in a way that asks you to trust your inner experience rather than look for external proof.

There is some scientific evidence that Reiki can support wellbeing, but more than that, this is about learning to trust what you feel. If you're curious and open, even if you're not sure what you believe, that's enough.

If you need everything to be evidence based before you'll engage with it, this probably isn't the right fit. And that's okay.

What qualifications do you have?

I trained and worked as a GP but am no longer registered or practising as a doctor. I left medicine to focus on a whole-person approach to wellbeing. I'm a qualified life coach and Reiki Level 3 practitioner. Through my own journey and ongoing study I've developed a deep understanding of the mind body connection, the nervous system and how subconscious patterns shape our lives. I bring all of that, alongside my medical background and personal experience, to everything I do.

Is this a replacement for medical care?

No. I am not a registered doctor and my work is not medical. It does not replace the care of a doctor or other healthcare professional. If you have any health concerns please continue to work with your GP or healthcare team. What I offer is a complementary approach that looks at your wellbeing more holistically, addressing the whole of you rather than individual parts.

What does a typical session look like?

Sessions are calm, collaborative and non-judgemental. I create space for you to explore what's going on beneath the surface, noticing patterns, working with your body and energy and developing tools that are genuinely yours. The pace is gentle and the work is shaped around what matters most to you.

How long does it take to see results?

Everyone's journey is different. Some women notice subtle shifts quite quickly, feeling calmer, sleeping better, finding decisions easier. Deeper, more lasting change unfolds over time. I'm not interested in quick fixes. I'm interested in sustainable transformation that actually lasts.

Do I have to commit to a long programme?

No. I offer different ways to work together, from a free audio all the way through to group programmes and 1:1 coaching. You can start small and see what feels right.

What if I'm not sure where to start?

Can I work with you if I'm already doing other wellbeing practices?

Absolutely. Many women come to me while also practising yoga, mindfulness or other approaches. My work complements what you're already doing by helping you understand and integrate it at a deeper level.
